At KAL Vitamins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
